3760287 - Metric field is not visible in Signature and Completed steps of Performance forms

Symptom

After the release, when none permission is provided to goal-details in a Performance form and the form is routed to a Signature or Completed step, the metric field is not visible on the side panel, even though read permission is provided to it in the goal plan. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management 1H 2026

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Provide read permission to Metric field in goal plan XML
  2. Provide none permission to goal-details in Performance form template
  3. Route Performance Form with this goal plan to a Signature or Completed step
  4. Metric field is not visible for the goals
