Symptom
The customer reported that Joule intermittently remains loading or becomes unresponsive, requiring users to start a new conversation to complete their requests.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Open Joule;
- Request to create a new position (as an example);
- Select one of the available options already configured;
- Observe that Joule stops responding or remains loading indefinitely.
Resolution
