3760296 - Joule not completing requests as expected - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

The customer reported that Joule intermittently remains loading or becomes unresponsive, requiring users to start a new conversation to complete their requests.

1. Open Joule;
2. Request to create a new position (as an example);
3. Select one of the available options already configured;
4. Observe that Joule stops responding or remains loading indefinitely.
