Error encountered post instance refresh:
Syncing of Super Admins to SAP SuccessFactors Learning has failed due to an internal error during the Instance Refresh process. For further assistance, please contact Technical Support. (Code: PLA_IDENTITY_IRT_OVERALL_MS_SYNC_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR)

- SAP SuccessFactors HCM
Reproducing the Issue
- Schedule and run an instance refresh using the Instance Refresh Tool.
- Download the Instance Refresh error log file
- Review the error logs and observe that the refresh completed with the warning: Syncing of Super Admins to SAP SuccessFactors Learning has failed due to an internal error during the Instance Refresh process. For further assistance, please contact Technical Support. (Code: PLA_IDENTITY_IRT_OVERALL_MS_SYNC_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR)
