Error encountered post instance refresh: 

Syncing of Super Admins to SAP SuccessFactors Learning has failed due to an internal error during the Instance Refresh process. For further assistance, please contact Technical Support. (Code: PLA_IDENTITY_IRT_OVERALL_MS_SYNC_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR)

1. Schedule and run an instance refresh using the Instance Refresh Tool.
2. Download the Instance Refresh error log file
3. Review the error logs and observe that the refresh completed with the warning: Syncing of Super Admins to SAP SuccessFactors Learning has failed due to an internal error during the Instance Refresh process. For further assistance, please contact Technical Support. (Code: PLA_IDENTITY_IRT_OVERALL_MS_SYNC_STATUS_INTERNAL_ERROR)
