3760305 - SuccessFactors SFTP Intermittent Behavior on a Web Browser in VDI Machine

Symptom

  • Intermittent issue when accessing SFTP folders via a VDI machine.
  • Folders occasionally load but the contents do not display.
  • Console or Network logs could show following messages: "404 NOT FOUND" when accessing https://sftp12.sapsf.com/Workspaces/v1/Configuration.
  • Behavior occurs only on specific VDI; other machines work correctly.
  • At times a blank page appears after login.
  • IP address is allowlisted
