3760312 - How to restrict the queries from Data Removal work center view

In Data Removal from Data Protection and Privacy work center, it is desired to restrict the queries for a specific business role, so the users from that role will only be able to view and remove data to this specific query. For example, limit the access exclusively to “All Private Accounts,” thereby enabling the visualization of Individual Customers only.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Data Protection and Privacy work center > Personal Data Removal.
2. Select All Private Accounts query.
3. Only this query should be enabled for users.

Follow below steps as an Admin user:

1. Go to Data Protection and Privacy work center > Personal Data Removal.
2. Click on Menu Profile > Start Adaptation.
3. Go to Layouts tab > Click on Assign Layouts.
4. Check the Business Role desired is assigned to which Layout.
5. Click Cancel in the pop-up.
6. In the Layout Selection from Adaptation, select the Layout previously seen.
7. The changes done in the respective screen, will be applied to the selected layout only.
8. Click on advanced search.
9. Click on Organize Queries
10. Select the desired query, for example, "All Private Accounts", as default and mark the checkbox Hide for all the other queries, and then the Disable box.
11. Save.
12. End Adaptation.

Now, when an user assigned to the configured Business Role log-on in the system, and open the Personal Data Removal view, only the Individual Customers (which will appear as "Personal Data Removal" query) will be visible. Even if user clicks on "Organize Queries", it will not be possible to view and add the other options.
