The 'Welcome a New Teammate' feature card continues to display on a user's Latest Home Page after the recipient undergoes a manager/supervisor change.

1. Add a new employee or transfer an existing employee to a new team.
2. Confirm that the “Welcome a New Teammate” card is shown on the Latest Home Page for another employee.
3. Apply a supervisor change effective the same date to the employee who received the card so that the new employee is no longer within the expected teammate/colleague context for that user.
4. Access the recipient employee’s Latest Home Page after the organizational change has taken effect.
5. Observe that the “Welcome a New Teammate” card continues to be displayed.

There is no option or process to refresh or repopulate the “Welcome a New Teammate” card after it has been populated; manager/reporting-line changes do not revalidate this card.

1. Note that this is the current system behavior: after it is populated, the “Welcome a New Teammate” card is not refreshed following manager/reporting-line changes and remains visible until the end of the month.
2. There is no supported option to remove the card from the previous manager’s home page or add it to the new manager’s home page within the same cycle.
