It is possible to control or block certain actions in the My Inbox application using Business Add-Ins (BAdIs).

To provide a check if a user should not be allowed to execute an action in SAP Task Center or My Inbox for a Flexible Workflow.

Implement BAdI "SWF_CHECK_ACTION_ALLOWED" to run additional logic upon selecting an action in "SAP Task Center" or "My Inbox".

As an extensibility specialist, can use the Business Add-In (BAdI) allows to run addition logic upon selecting an action (SWF_CHECK_ACTION_ALLOWED). With this BAdI, can check if a user is allowed to execute an action in "SAP Task Center" or "My Inbox" for a flexible workflow.
