MDG is used to update the Bank account details. However there is an error because the bank account number length defined in OY17 (Bank Country Settings) is too short.
To temporarily resolve this issue the following workaround is in place -
Change Bank Country account number length in OY17 from 8 → 17
But this is not feasible long term due to manual effort
Basis teams must repeatedly modify OY17 settings for every individual bank update, which is time‑consuming and not scalable.
