3760955 - OpenAPI: Supplier Data API vendorContactsRequests endpoint returns empty response

Symptom

When I make a call to the Supplier Data API with Pagination using the vendorContactsRequests endpoint. I receive a 200 OK status message; however, the vendorDetails is returned as empty or null.
