3760971 - Error "Selected form template name FIN_FO_PAYM_CHECK_US is not valid for this application" happens when displaying output in Manage Outgoing Checks App - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Error message "Selected form template name FIN_FO_PAYM_CHECK_US is not valid for this application" (error ID APOC_OR_MESSAGES129) happens when displaying PDF output in Manage Outgoing Checks App.

1. In Manage Outgoing Checks App, display PDF for a printed check in Output section.
2. Observe that the error "Selected form template name FIN_FO_PAYM_CHECK_US is not valid for this application" happens and no output is displayed.

The form template FIN_FO_PAYM_CHECK_US has not been maintained in configuration activity 102313 - Assign Form Template. This activity ensures that the configured business applications use the correct pre-deliver or custom form templates. 

Maintain the form template FIN_FO_PAYM_CHECK_US in configuration activity 102313 - Assign Form Template as below. It is noted that this SAP standard form should be maintained manually if being used.
