3760979 - Joule Shows "Refused to Connect" in S/4HANA and Internal Server Error on Callback URL

Symptom

When opening the Joule inside SAP S/4HANA system it displays the following error "<subdomain>.<region>.sapdas.cloud.sap refused to connect"

Additionally, when navigating directly to the Joule URL https://<subdomain>.<region>.sapdas.cloud.sap, it redirects to https://<subdomain>.<region>.sapdas.cloud.sap/login/callback?authType=ias&code=<code>&iss=<iss> and displays "Internal Server Error"
