3760984 - CSB XML export not updating target instance - Recruiting Marketing

When importing an XML file into a new Career Site Builder (CSB) instance, no changes are visible after the process is completed.
No error message is displayed.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. In Career Site Builder, go to Tools > Import & Export.
2. Export Career Site Builder Settings using the “As currently configured” option (and Category Pages, if applicable).
3. Import the exported XML files into the target instance.
4. Observe that no visible changes are applied and no error message is shown.

A mismatch between the enabled/default site locales in source and target CSB sites. 

1. In the source site, note the enabled locales and the default locale set in Career Site Builder.
2. In the target site, align the enabled locales and default locale to match the source site.
3. Re-import the CSB Settings (and Category Pages, if applicable) into the target site.
