3760998 - Inbound Delivery items created with Not Relevant status but item quantity is not zero

Symptom

  • EWM Inbound Delivery (PDI) items are created in the system via SAVEREPLICA message.
  • Item quantity displayed in /SCWM/PRDI item list is not zero, but statuses are "Not Relevant"
  • If GR was already posted for an item, e.g. via RF, item may be blocked with errors:
    • The quantity of role "Goods Receipt" is greater than the delivery quantity
    • The quantity of role "GR and Packed, Not GR Posted" is greater than the delivery quantity
    • (Message /SCDL/BO_VALIDATION009).
