3761020 - SAP Payroll Integration with GOSI APIs – Sample Integration Flows and Configuration Guide

Symptom

The report HSAGOSISYNC is used to retrieve GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) contribution and deduction details via APIs provided by the GOSI Authority in Saudi Arabia. The following issues may occur:
 
- The report HSAGOSISYNC cannot communicate directly with GOSI APIs from the SAP Payroll system
- Direct API calls from SAP Payroll to external GOSI services are not supported by standard system architecture
- Integration between SAP Payroll and GOSI Authority requires middleware or integration layer
- No standard integration solution is available for GOSI API communication from SAP Payroll
 
This scenario applies to organizations required to retrieve GOSI contribution data for payroll processing and compliance reporting in Saudi Arabia.
