Symptom

Address Typeahead and Address Validation functionality not displayed when editing addresses in Latest People Profile.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Address Information
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile: Latest People Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Latest People Profile of employee.
  2. Select Edit Addresses.
  3. Specify the applicable date.
  4. Observe that Address Typeahead and Address Validation are not displayed.

Cause

Expected behavior as mentioned in document link Unsupported Features in Latest People Profile.

Resolution

  • An enhancement for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Work-around:

Disable switch under Configure Latest People Profile -> General Settings -> Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS entities on Full Profile.
