Symptom
The ServiceNow integration sync is stuck in a Pending state and does not complete successfully.
You may notice one or more of the following:
- A factsheet that was previously linked to a ServiceNow record still shows a ServiceNow External ID even though the corresponding record has since been deleted in ServiceNow.
- The connector cannot find a matching record in ServiceNow and fails to resolve the link.
- Re-triggering the sync does not resolve the Pending state.
