3761102 - API_REAL_ESTATE_CONTRACT cannot create complete contract with conditions in one request due to unknown J4 calculation object

Symptom

  • Creating a complete real estate contract in one deep create request fails when conditions or valuation rules reference a contract subject (J4), because the calculation object number (OBJNR) is internally generated and not known at request time.
  • Passing REStatusObjectTarget or REStatusObjectCalculation with a J4 OBJNR in the payload is ignored or leads to an error that the referenced J4 calculation object does not exist.
  • Standard BAPI allows creation in one go using business IDs, but equivalent fields are not available in API_REAL_ESTATE_CONTRACT
