3761210 - How to Configure Override Default Address with Company Code Address ?

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• The default address (XXDEFAULT) of the employee BP and employment BP in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition with the company code address by enabling this configuration activity. This applies only when the address is not sent from the source system. By default, this overwriting is not taken into account and the existing default address is kept.
• This setting is relevant only if the company code address has been modified.

Follow below steps for maintaining in Manage Your Solution' app:

1. Open 'Manage Your Solution' app.
2. Navigate to 'Configure Your Solution'.
3. Choose configuration activity '106817 - Override Default Address with Company Code Address'.
4. Display & select the relevant project.
5. Select New Entries.
6. Select Override Default Address with Company Code Address.
7. Choose Save.

In case while using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) :

1. Log on to the project experience in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. Select the relevant project.
3. Navigate to the configurations activity tab. 
4. Search for the configuration activity '106817 - Override Default Address with Company Code Address'.
5. Select the configuration activity to navigate directly to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
6. Select New Entries.
7. Select Override Default Address with Company Code Address.
8. Choose Save.
