3761300 - Missing SAP Cloud ALM option in Integration Service Registration Center

Symptom

When accessing the Integration Service Registration Center in SAP SuccessFactors, the "SAP Cloud ALM" option is no longer displayed in the Integration Service drop-down menu.

This behavior occurs even if the user has all the correct Role-Based Permissions assigned, such as "Admin Access to MDF OData API".

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP Cloud ALM

Resolution

As of the b2605 release, SAP has transitioned this feature from customer-managed to SAP-managed integrations. The integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Cloud ALM is now automatically configured as an application-to-application connection. Because the manual instance-to-instance setup is no longer needed, the SAP Cloud ALM option was intentionally removed from the Integration Service Registration page.

See Also

  • No manual configuration is required from the administrator.
  • Integration Service Registration Center monitoring with SAP Cloud ALM is now automatically enabled for your SAP SuccessFactors instance.
  • The integration monitoring logs for business scenarios, such as MDI-based integrations, are automatically sent to SAP Cloud ALM without any action from you.
  • You can view these logs directly in your SAP Cloud ALM dashboard, eliminating the previous need to manually register the tenant, activate business scenarios, and run integrations just to view the logs.
