1. Navigate to Growth Portfolio.
2. Attempt to add Certificates.
3. See error message: "Permission Denied. Check if you have the necessary permissions to view this data. Please contact your administrator for assistance."

The user's RBP role lacked the required "Attribute - View" permission, which is necessary to add the Certificates.

1. Edit the Permission Role assigned to the affected users.
2. Add/enable the "Attribute - View" permission (under the relevant Talent Intelligence Hub permissions).
3. Save the changes.
