3761355 - Default pricebook not applied when creating a CPQ quote from sales cloud v2

When creating sale quote from Sales cloud v2, the default pricebook for the user is not selected correctly.

SAP CPQ integrated with Sales Cloud v2

1. In CPQ, set a default market for the user (for example, a specific market code and currency).
2. Set the default pricebook for that market to a non-first option (for example, the second available pricebook).
3. Log in to Sales Cloud v2 with the same user.
4. Create an opportunity.
5. From the opportunity, create a CPQ quote.
6. Open the CPQ quote.
7. Observe that the selected pricebook is not the user’s default; the first available pricebook is selected instead.

Bug in the application.

Tentative fix version is CPQ-2608 release.
As an workaround it's possible to modify the Sales Cloud to CPQ integration to send the distribution channel in the quote creation payload so that market code + distribution channel uniquely identify the pricebook. In that scenario it's needed to ensure the distribution channel values are unique for all pricebooks within the same market.
