3761376 - Error 'the rule is corrupt and can’t be displayed' when Creating Calibration Alert Rule

• An error occurs when creating a Calibration alert rule: "The rule is corrupt and can’t be displayed. You can view the technical definition of the rule in 'Manage Data'."

• SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Go to Manage Business Rules and create a Calibration Alert rule.
2. Set any conditions and select Save.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release (b2611).

Workaround

When creating or editing the calibration alert rule in Manage Business Rules, specify all PM template-related rule scenario attributes in the rule definition (not just one or two).
