3761413 - Calibration Session Missing from “Complete Calibration” Home Page Card

Symptom

  • The calibration session is not displayed in the “Complete Calibration” card on the Home Page for the Owner role, even though the role is not disabled under “Disable Calibration Home Page Card Generation by Role”.
  • The in-progress calibration session is visible under the Calibration tab but not in the “Complete Calibration” to-do card.

Environment

 SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as the Calibration Session Owner.
  2. Navigate to the Calibration tab and verify that the in-progress calibration session is visible for the Owner.
  3. Go to the Home Page and observe that the “Complete Calibration” card is not displayed, or the calibration session is not listed within the “Complete Calibration” card.

Cause

  • If a role (e.g., Owner or Facilitator) does not have Write permission for a calibration session, the session will not appear under the “Complete Calibration” To-Do card on the Home Page.
  • The “Complete Calibration” To-Do card is designed to display only sessions that require user action or completion.
  • From a system behavior perspective, a user with only Read permission (e.g., Calibration Owner with Read-only access) is not expected to  complete tasks within the session.
  • As a result, sessions assigned to users with Read-only access are not included in the “Complete Calibration” To-Do card.

Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center.
  2. Open Manage Calibration Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Permissions tab.
  4. Locate the relevant role (for example, Owner or Facilitator).
  5. Enable Write permission for that role so that the user has action capability for the session.
  6. Save the changes.
  7. Check the Home Page “Complete Calibration” To-Do card, and the calibration session will now be displayed.
