3761437 - GRDC Transport Import Fails with "Form Already Exists in Target System" Error After Form Rename

When transporting content between SAP Group Reporting Data Collection subaccounts using SAP Cloud Transport Management, the transport import fails with a Fatal status.

The transport log contains an error similar to the following:

"Form [source form name] could not be imported as it already exists in target system under the name [target form name]"

Example:

"Form [Don't Use] Sch 4-4 Form 3 could not be imported as it already exists in target system under the name Schedule 4-4 Form 3"

In some cases, the source and target systems appear to contain forms with different names, leading to confusion about why the transport identifies them as duplicates.
