3761492 - No comments can be added by the creator for rejected rework PR in ME52N- SAP S/4HANA & SAP FIORI

Symptom

When rework PR is rejected, it will be sent back to the creator's my inbox. If the creator changes the PR in Manage Purchase Requisitions - professional app, the creator needs to fill comments for re-submitting. However, if the change is made from ME52N or maintenance order, no comment is needed.

Due to this, if the maintenance planner makes any changes to the rejected rework PR via maintenance order,  PR will be sent to the approver's my inbox even the change may not be relevant to the workflow.
