3761496 - Assignment profile search intermittently shows org ids on second search

Assignment Profile Search results display Org IDs instead of Assignment Profile IDs after updating an Assignment Profile.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Open Learning Administration and navigate to an assignment profile.
• Perform updates and execute changes on the assignment profile.
• Link displays for Assignment Profile Search > select this.

• Search by an assignment profile ID.
• Observe that search results may display organization IDs instead of assignment profile IDs.

• Clearing the browser cache may temporarily avoid the issue for the first search, but it reoccurs on subsequent searches.

Engineering have developed a fix (LRN-211740) for this which is scheduled to be rolled out as part of 2H2026 release. 

Workaround: navigate to Assignment Profile Search via the Learning Administration Menu > Manage User Learning > Assignment Profiles, instead of using the “Assignment profile search” link.
