• Core services are missing in the lower environment: Solr, Zookeeper, Backoffice, Storefront.
• Deployments consistently fail after the services are created (both new and previously successful builds).
• Pods may start but services/replicas are not visible or configurable in the portal.
• Logs are not visible in the portal after deployment; service restarts from the portal fail.
• Error messages observed:
• Exception starting filter [XSSFilter]
