3761506 - Assign Option Is Grayed Out For a Report

The assign button option is grayed out when trying to assign a report

SAP Business By Design 

1) Go to business analytics work center

2) Go to design reports view

3) Search for the required report 

4) You will see Assign button is disabled

The report you are trying to assign is a bookmark report of the other main report. For example, the report SCMODPB01_ABCD_EFG is a bookmark report created by SAP based on the main report SCMODPB01_ABC (The mentioned report id is for reference only) .

When the main report SCMODPB01_ABC is unassigned from a work center, the bookmark report SCMODPB01_ABCD_EFG is also automatically unassigned, and when you try to assign the report SCMODPB01_ABCD_EFG you will see the assign button is grayed out.

Assign the main report to any work center, and then the bookmark report will automatically get assigned to the same work center.
