3761512 - Stock Transfer Order creation with Error message /SCMTMS/LOG_INT084 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When creating a Stock Transport Order (STO) in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and attempting to save it, the system displays the following error message: 
"Source location of item 000010 must be a shipping point w/o deviating address" -/SCMTMS/LOG_INT084.

Reproducing the Issue

  • Navigate to the app ME21N – Create Purchase Order - Advanced.
  • Fill in the required fields and create a new Stock Transport Order (STO).
  • Attempt to save the STO.
  • Error occurs "Source location of item 000010 must be a shipping point w/o deviating address" -/SCMTMS/LOG_INT084.

Cause

No shipping point could be determined for the delivery plant. This typically indicates missing or incomplete configuration in the Transportation Management (TM) integration setup, specifically related to shipping data determination.

Resolution

This error "/SCMTMS/LOG_INT084" is usually related to missing or incorrect configuration in the SSCUI “Assign Picking Locations”. 

Please review the setup instructions for the Stock Transfer with Delivery (BME) scope item: 
Stock Transfer with Delivery (BME) > Accelerators > Set-up Instructions. 

Verify the SSCUI 102130 “Assign Picking Locations”, as incorrect maintenance can trigger this issue. Additionally, it is important to review all other configuration steps described in Chapter 5 - Configuration to ensure the complete setup was properly maintained. 

After completing the configuration, please retest by creating a new Stock Transport Order (STO). 

Please also note that these configuration steps must be completed in the Starter system too before the fit to standard phase, as described in the test script.
