3761536 - Hris Sync job does not sync all users' data to Employee Profile

Symptom

Run hris sync job in instance then checking employee Profile data. For some users, the EC data is not synced to EP.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • Hris Sync 

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on Jun 9 2026 in preview and Jun 11 2026 in production instance.

Workaround before patch

  1. Check The primary assignment is correct for each person. (IncorrectPrimaryAssignmentCheckExecutor) in Check Tool ->
    User Management
  2. Run 1 Checks & Quick Fix

Then re-run hris sync job to confirm the issue whether fix .
