3761540 - EMOS - rating is not auto corrected live in performance form when clicking "Save and close" button

Symptom

With Latest Form Experience when enabling EMOS for a Performance Form and setting higher Overall Form rating than allowed based on EMOS, then clicking on "Save and close", an error message appears, but still the selected Overall rating appears and not getting auto-corrected while the form is open. The lower, corrected rating only appears when reopening the form.
