3761577 - Broadcast Bursting Not Working

You are trying to use Broadcast bursting but it is not triggering or triggering to only one user.

1) Go to business analytics work center

2) Go to broadcast view

3) Open the broadcast check for log error

4) In logs it shows "Broadcast setting finished processing without providing message."

When you use relative selection in the report for which you are using broadcast then this issue will come.

For example- You are using variable selection on Employee Responsible field in this case.

When you use relative selection in report then users can able to see data relevant to them only and when you trigger the broadcast then it cannot identify which data to send to which user.

If you trigger the broadcast, 
1) In first case - if you have relevant data then only you will receive a broadcast mail because at the time of triggering only you have data in your system
2) In second case - If you don't have data relevant to you then broadcast will not trigger at all because no data available in your system at the time of triggering.

Broadcast bursting will not work when you variable selection in report.
