3761606 - Referral tracking incorrectly shows "Not Applied" status for referred candidates - Recruiting Management

Referral tracking displays "Not Applied" for a referred candidate who has applied to a requisition.  
In the referrer’s view (Track My Employee Referrals > Overall Referral Progress), the status remains "Not Applied" instead of "In Progress" while the candidate appears in the New Application stage
