Symptom
Referral tracking displays "Not Applied" for a referred candidate who has applied to a requisition.
In the referrer’s view (Track My Employee Referrals > Overall Referral Progress), the status remains "Not Applied" instead of "In Progress" while the candidate appears in the New Application stage

Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to "Track My Employee Referrals" in the referrer’s view.
2. Go to "Overall Referral Progress."
3. Observe that the status remains "Not Applied" instead of "In Progress" while the candidate appears in the New Application stage.
Cause
If the candidate does not complete the pre-screening questions during the application process, the candidate's application status will display as "Not Applied."
Resolution
1. Ensure the candidate completes the pre-screening questions.
2. Once the pre-screening questions are answered, the status will automatically update from "Not Applied" to "In Progress" in the referral tracking.
