3761640 - ATC findings show "Unavailable" and dump CANNOT_INSTANTIATE

After running remote ATC in Developer Scenario, the result list shows multiple findings, but the information related to the checks is not displayed properly. Both Check Title and Check Message are displayed as "Unavailable".

When trying to access or navigate to the ATC finding details, the system terminates with the following runtime error:
