3761661 - Changeability of rejected PRs and POs in S/4HANA Public Cloud

When using Flexible Workflow, once a Purchase Requisition (PR) or Purchase Order (PO) is rejected, the document becomes editable. After making the necessary changes, the approval process can be retrigged.

Set flexible for PR/PO workflow>Exception Handling : Required Action is setup as Do Nothing & Action Result Cancel Workflow

1. Create a PR/PO which triggers the previous workflow
2. Reject the PR/P
3. For PO & PR edit is possible & Users can perform changes, including item-level updates and deletions, using the relevant Manage Fiori apps:

• • Manage Purchase Requisition – Professional
  • Manage Purchase Orders / Change Purchase Order – Advanced

This is the standard behavior. 

When PR/PO workflow is rejected, the status is set to Rejected, the workflow is cancelled, and the document(PR/PO) becomes editable, and this is the standard behavior. 

Users can perform changes, including item-level updates and deletions, using the relevant Manage Fiori apps:

• Manage Purchase Orders / Change Purchase Order – Advanced
