3761719 - Greece eBooks/ Goods Movement: Mark ID is not updated due to Inbound Message Processing failure in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public edition.

Symptom

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for Greece eBooks/Goods Movement, electronic documents are successfully submitted to myDATA platform however, certain Mark IDs (for example, Deviation Declaration Marks) are not retrieved from myDATA using inbound message handler and therefore are not updated in the corresponding eDocuments.

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
  • SAP Document and Reporting Compliance.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Execute the inbound message retrieval process (eDocument (General): Handle Incoming Messages).
  2. Check the eDocument for "Mark ID" after inbound processing.
  3. The "Mark ID" is not present.

Cause

This is a known issue where the "eDocument (General): Handle Incoming Messages" does not retrieve messages from the myDATA platform, preventing the "Mark ID" from being updated in the eDocument after the recent Hotfix 2602.9.

Resolution

  • A fix for this issue will be delivered with 2602 CFD4(HFC12).
  • The communication arrangement for scenario ID SAP_COM_0689 must be reactivated, and the standard iFlows must be updated to their latest versions. If custom iFlows are in use, they must be adjusted accordingly to align with the delivered correction.
