3761732 - Production confirmation shows mismatch between open order quantity, yield quantity, and goods receipt quantity in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In the "Manage Production Order" application, the open quantity of production orders does not align with the operation quantity. When the order is opened in the "Confirm Production Order Operation" (CO11N) application, the system defaults the suggested yield to match the operation quantity. Any attempt to modify the suggested yield results in the error message: “Over Delivery is not permitted.”
