Symptom

Multiple issues were encountered after implementing SAP Note 3647332, as listed below:

  1. Performance issue/endless loop while uploading the attachment.
  2. .eml file cannot be attached.
  3. Excel file cannot be attached.
  4. Error message is not displayed for unrestricted/vulnerable file uploads.
  5. If a user opens a work item or shopping cart that was recalled and attempts to edit it by adding an attachment to an item, the attachment is not added successfully.
