3761890 - Data Actions: default 'all members' parameter fails with 'member does not exist' across dimensions after Q2 2026 quarterly release in SAP Analytics Cloud

• All data actions using the default "All Members" parameter fail during prompt validation.
• The issue affects all dimensions, including standard ones such as the Date dimension.
• Error message: "Member 'All Members' does not exist or you do not have access to it."
• Selecting "all" works in the same prompts.
• The behavior started after the Q2 2026 quarterly release.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.08 

1. Open an existing story that launches a data action with prompts for multiple dimensions. 
2. The prompts are already set to "All Members" as the default values when the story was created with the data action trigger. 
3. Observe the validation error stating: "'All Members' does not exist or you do not have access to it."
4. Note Selecting "all" works in the same prompts.

A product issue.

The fix is scheduled for delivery in the 2026.13 release.
