3761902 - Needs Attention Behavior in the Latest Home Page - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Symptom

In the "Needs Attention" section of the Latest Home Page, users are currently unable to filter pending workflows and tasks by Employee ID. 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings > Enable the latest Home Page experience;
  2. Navigate to "Needs Attention" section in the Latest Home Page;
  3. Select "View All";
  4. There are no filters for Employee ID, only Category and Type.

Cause

This is the expected design for the Latest Home Page experience. All cards requiring user attention are consolidated into a single "Needs Attention" section, rather than being distributed across multiple areas of the page. This streamlined approach reduces the need for excessive scrolling and makes it easier for users to quickly identify and access pending tasks and notifications.

Additionally, the cards can be filtered by Category and Type, enabling users to efficiently navigate and focus on the items most relevant to them.

Resolution

As a workaround, customers may continue to use the Manage Workflow Requests page where filters such as Requested By and Requested For are available.
