Symptom
- When accessing a Datasphere Live Connection (Direct) from SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), some users receive the following authentication errors:
- "You were not automatically logged on to the remote data source. Please ask your administrator to verify the OAuth configuration."
- "We couldn't connect to your SAP Datasphere tenant. For more information, see our troubleshooting page"
- The issue only affects specific users, while other users can successfully access the same live connection.
- This behavior can be intermittent as well.
"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
