What is Master Data?
Master Data refers to important information that supports your organization’s daily operations. This can include:

• Customers
• Products
• Suppliers
• Locations 

Think of it as the single source of truth used across various agreements and business processes in ICI.

Master Data Status in ICI. In ICI, Master Data can be in two states:

1. Created ✅ – The Master Data is active and can be used in the Lookup attributes that are configured in the agreements.
2. Deactivated ❌ – The Master Data is inactive and will not appear in lookup fields in agreements.

Note: ICI does not show a warning or alert when deactivating a Master Data record, even if it's currently used in agreements.
