In this article, we’ve used Agreement Code as an example. However, you can apply the same method using any available attribute in the search grid. Just ensure you create a proper OR condition in the filter to retrieve the desired results.
In certain scenarios, while creating a Saved Search (for use in the Data Management Tool, UI data extraction, or reporting tasks), you might need to include specific agreements in your results. This can be efficiently managed using filter conditions like:
- Contains: Best when you're unsure of the exact value; returns all records that contain the keyword.
- Exactly: Use when you know the precise value you're looking for.
- Starts With: Ideal for filtering records that begin with a specific pattern.
- Does Not Contain: Perfect for excluding certain codes, characters, or agreement names.
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to use the "Contains" filter to refine agreement data in Saved Searches, the Data Management Tool, or UI-based data extraction within Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI). It helps users efficiently filter multiple agreement records without manually searching one by one.
