3762000 - SAS Token Authentication Failing with "RESPONSE 403: 403 Server failed to authenticate the request."

Symptom

Upon trying to use a SAS Token for media or data migration, it fails with response code 403 and below message:

RESPONSE 403: 403 Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.
