• Outbound Delivery Request is stuck in the EWM message queue.
• Error shown: "Application error: Exception in method EXECUTE of Determ. PDO_HDR_TM_UPDA".
• Technical framework message: /BOPF/FRW 007.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Warehouse Monitor app.
2. Navigate to Tools > Message Queue.
3. Locate the affected Outbound Delivery Request entry.
4. Observe that the queue entry shows the error "Application error: Exception in method EXECUTE of Determ. PDO_HDR_TM_UPDA (/BOPF/FRW 007)" and remains stuck.

A delivery item contains 0 values for weight and volume. A validation prevents distribution to EWM when these values are zero.

1. Reject the stuck queue entry in the Warehouse Monitor.
2. Maintain non-zero Weight and Volume for the material via the Change Material app (Basic Data 1 tab).
3. Verify that the weight and volume are correct in the sales order.
4. Re-create the delivery and distribute it to EWM again.
