3762031 - IBP: Description attributes show null in Master Data and Planning View

• Description/text attributes (for example, material article group, subgroup, quality) display NULL in the respective master and in the Excel planning view after the master data load.
• The issue occurs only for some IDs; other are populated correctly.
• CI-DS job log may show: “RUN-50010 Warning: No records found in staging table for batch … and file name …”.
