Symptom
Users cannot see payment request templates in the Process Free Form Payments app when a restriction on the customer or supplier account group is configured in the business role.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2602
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Process Free Form Payments app.
- Start creating a payment request.
- Open the value help for Payment Request Template or try to manage templates.
- Observe that no payment request templates are displayed.
Cause
This is a known system limitation. The restriction value set in the Customer/Supplier Account Group does not take effect as expected under certain conditions, resulting in payment request templates not being visible.

Resolution
This issue is caused by a known system limitation. A correction has been developed and will be delivered with release 2608.
No workaround is currently available. Users affected by this issue prior to release 2608 should monitor this KBA for updates.
