Symptom
- When checking the _SYS_SR user with an SQL query, USER_DEACTIVATED = FALSE (active).
SELECT user_name, user_deactivated FROM SYS.USERS WHERE USER_NAME = '_SYS_SR';
USER_NAME;USER_DEACTIVATED
_SYS_SR;FALSE
- In HANA studio, the _SYS_SR user shows status "The user cannot be activated".
