3762050 - Provisional futures and provisional flat fields not displayed after lifting futures price

After lifting the Futures price, the Provisional Futures and Provisional Flat fields are not displayed in the Price Lot Header. As per the provisional pricing fields introduced in the 2025 release, the system is expected to display provisional price values once the Futures price is lifted, but the fields remain blank for both Futures Price and Flat Price.
