3762056 - Stock in transit is not considered as consumed in the ATP check - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When you post a Movement Type 311, the stock enters an in-transit status between storage locations. During this in-transit period, the stock is not considered as consumed by the ATP check. As a result, the material may still appear to be available for consumption by other demands, even though it is actually no longer freely available.
